Regain initiative of abducted properties and rights

From the Holy Quran:

“And do not eat up your property among yourselves for vanities, nor use it as bait for the judges, with intent that ye may eat up wrongfully and knowingly a little of (other) people’s property”. [188 Albaqara]

The initiative to recover money ,properties and rights abducted by the Houthi gangs .
Is a voluntary initiative in which experts, academics and jurists participate in order to support and assist those affected by the Houthi crimes to regain their rights. In which the national and international community deals with silence and ignorance towards the legal and humanitarian responsibility for these crimes.
This initiative was established due to the injustice and brutality committed by this terrorist groups in confiscating private properties, rights,raid and bombing homes,without beening questioned or held accountable for there actions .

This initiative is a pillar for all the free and oppressed Yemeni citizens, who have been affected by Houthi militia, and for everyone who’s money and private properties were abducted, and who were laid off from there jobs, abduc salaries , and imposed on them taxes and royalties by force.
And against a group that plundered zakat, taxes, customs, and the general resources of the state and forces merchants and citizens to pay taxes without any legal right or destination, and confiscate the accounts of Yemeni citizens to the accounts of their own leaders locally and internationally .. Therefore, the restoration initiative is to the aid and voice that will be heard in the world to uncover Houthi crimes and demand the restoration of rights and abducted properties by the Houthi terrorist groups in various ways and means.
From the Holy Quran:

“But those who break the covenant of Allāh after contracting it and sever that which Allāh has ordered to be joined and spread corruption on earth – for them is the curse, and they will have the worst home”. [25 Alrad]

The initiative’s message “No right is lost behind demands”. As long as we demand our rights and our properties that were abducted and looted by the Houthis, we will take them back, no matter how long the time or circumstances are, restoration and reparation must be made.

To regain our properties and rights that the Houthis abducted and plundered from the Yemenis, as they are crimes that are not subject to statute of limitations.
Therefore, the initiative aims to
Regain the rights and private funds stolen and abducted from the Yemeni people by the terrorist Houthi gangs in all possible ways, as rights are not forfeited by statute of limitations.
To stop the Houthi plundering, and corruption against the Yemenis by various means,
monitor and document the Houthi plunder, and corruption crimes.And provide the Yemeni and international community with periodic reports ,documents and accurate data on that.
Educating the Yemeni community to confront corruption, looting and plundering of the Houthi gangs .
To prosecute the Houthis in international courts and forums.
